The holidays should be a time filled with warmth, laughter, and love — but for many families facing medical and financial challenges, this season can be especially difficult. That’s where A Moment of Magic at UNC Charlotte comes in.

Our student volunteers bring joy, comfort, and creativity to children in hospitals and families in need across the Charlotte area. Through our 25 Days of Magic campaign, we’re dedicating this season to spreading kindness and supporting families who need a little extra magic this year.

We’re raising funds to provide holiday care packages, gifts, and special surprises for families we serve through our hospital partners and community organizations. Each donation helps bring joy, relief, and connection during a time that can feel overwhelming for so many.
