Jamaica Trip 2016 with Won by One

This summer Brent and I have the opportunity to travel to Jamaica and serve for a week with Won by One to Jamaica. Won by One is an amazing organization that works in the Harmons Valley to take part in what God is already doing in Jamaica. They participate in house construction and repair, offer a walk in medical clinic for locals, run a thrift store for practical every day goods, as well as partner with the community to create jobs for local Jamaicans working alongside the teams that come down for short term work. 

Brent has been to Jamaica 5 times and has served on many trips with Won by One and we are excited to return to the first place that we traveled to serve the Lord as a married couple in a place that is so near and dear to our hearts. We will be traveling with a team of 10 others, from churches all over San Diego, including several former students of Brents, two of our youth group graduates, as well as our niece Faith, who has served on many trips to Mexico over the years.  

Since both of us are traveling, the total cost for both of us is around $3,200. We also are helping to raise funds for some of our students, who have been serving faithfully in the local church and are ready to take their next steps to serve the Lord abroad. If 100 people partnered with us and gave $40 each, we would be completely funded for this wonderful opportunity.
