Support Ellie & Stinky
Donation protected
Help support Ellie and Stinky, the two dogs that were involved in the house fire near 8th & Wayne Streets in Erie on Tuesday, May 17th.
Both dogs were transported to the Pet Emergency Center for treatment and later to a local pet hospital for evaluation and futher treatment.
The Humane Society of NWPA has both dogs in our care. Ellie is still being treated and boarded at the local pet hospital and Stinky is doing well, recovering at the Humane Society.
The Humane Society has covered all costs for both pets and is working diligently to help them recover. We are launching this campaign in hopes that we can raise enough funds to cover the cost of care so that the owner doesn't incur ANY medical expenses for her pets.
So far, total expenses are approximately $3,500.00. Any funds collected in excess of the cost of care will be given to the owner to help with any future medical costs for her dogs' recovery.
For any additional questions, please contact the Humane Society Executive Director, Nicole Bawol.
