Help Zack, Dez, & baby Cassius
Donation protected
My brother Zack and his wife Dez, bought their first home, and quickly began gutting the old home and remodeling it. Several months from being finished they got a surprise- and found out they were pregnant with their first child. Thinking they better hurry up with the remodeling since they had a baby on the way, they budgeted and planned to be finished with their home in 9 months.

One evening, Dez went into early labor. The doctor told Zack it looked grim and he could lose both his baby and his wife. Dez was taken by ambulance to the hospital and gave birth to baby Cassius on March 15th, 2016. She was 27 weeks pregnant. He weighed 2 lbs 2 oz and was 12 inches long. He was quickly air evaced to Cape to the NICU unit where he still is today.

Dez obviously quit her job so she could stay with their baby in Cape. Zack also took a leave for the first month to stay with Dez and his new baby. It has been a Rollercoaster of good days and bad days, good night's and bad nights, however the good have been far better and increasing every day, thanks to so many prayers on his behalf.

Baby Cash has continued to grow and make wonderful progress, he is now up to 4lbs ! With the thought of him getting to come home soon, my brother Zack has been working tirelessly around the clock to finish the home he and Dez had been remodeling. Between visits and stays with them in Cape, & working some here, Zack has worked nights at his own home. Z ack has been very proud of his work, the details in craftsmanship and custom work have been great, he was especially proud of Cassius' new room.
Last night, they lost their home due to a fire. Zack was treated for smoke inhalation, but is fine. Understandably, this is very upsetting.
Right now, they could use some encouragement, I created this gofundme account to also help them financially. To give them a little peace, to help lift a small burdon. If you can help, it's greatly appreciated.
They could also use a lot of prayers. ♡ God is great, and we will continue to praise him through these storms.
Thank you.
