Move My Terminal Mom To Vegas

Hi! I’m Lisa and this is for my mom, Carlyn. She’s 76 with stage 4 colon cancer and liver cancer with 4 months left. I’m moving her to a facility near me in Las Vegas. It’s cheaper there and I can work and care for her this way. I’m here with her, taking care of her full time and getting her house in order to sell. I don’t think it’ll sell easily. It’s rundown, hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 70’s. It’s a fixer upper in an area surrounded by fires. I’m selling her things but I have to speed up the move. I’m nervous about the fires and about moving her if she declines more. The money covers the move, 2 months of her facility while I get her finances in order, hospital bed rental, my rent for October (that’s only $500.), and things for her care. Her finances are a nightmare at the moment and I can’t sell enough things quickly to do this. I also want to take her to the Vegas sign, Bingo (if she’s still up to it) and the most important.....the Pawn Stars store. She loves them and wants to go badly. We were planning on bringing her out but the pandemic and then her cancer diagnosis. I want to make her last few months as happy and as comfortable as I can. She’s my mom ❤️
