Help Alameda Fire Victim Alicia Start A New Life

Hello, my name is Alicia and I am 28 years old. I reside in the small town of Medford, Oregon; population 82,347 I and am a proud fur baby mama to my 2 year old Pitbull, Blue. He is my ride or die, my ace deuce, my best friend. In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga, ‍♀️ reading a good book, taking pictures of things I find to be beautiful, chase waterfalls, ⛲cook for my friends and family,‍ rock and crystal hunt, and cuddle up with a warm blankie and binge watch Netflix. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * With a heavy heart Im here to say that we have become victims of the Alameda Drive fire that has wiped out parts of Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix and parts of Medford. Entire towns have almost all burned down and theres nothing but piles of ash and debris. All of my belongings were in my storage unit because I was inbetween homes and the storage units where I was keeping my things burst in to flames and is nothing but a pile of ash now. A lifetime full of pictures, cards, yearbooks, my fur baby Remmy Martins ashes, all the shoes and clothes I own, bags, purses, jewelry, makeup, my rock and crystal collection that I have spent hundreds on, my house plants, stuffed animals, keepsakes from when I was a child, and any special gifts I have received is all gone. All my esthetic equipment and nail equipment that I worked so hard for and took student loans out for. My laptops, cameras, kitchen appliances and supplies, toiletries, dog supplies, treats and toys. Everything is gone just like that. All Im left with are the memories of a life time and my heart has never been so heavy. I didnt have insurance on my storage unit because the lady there told me that there are never any catastrophic events that take place and the liklihood of me needing insurance was slim to none. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Im not one to ask for help ever. Im a very strong, independant woman and have faced many hardships in my life so I know I will get through this devastating tragedy. I never thought that I would be the victim of a fire but here I am. My heart truly goes out to every single person, family, business, and animal who has been directly affected by this vicious beast of a fire and if I can be of assistance to anyone I can and will pay it forward if and when Im able to. . * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated and with a grateful heart I want to thank anyone who has taken the time out of their busy life to stop and read my story. I have spent a great deal of my adult life trying to be a good person and a good friend and giving when I can whether it be a ride, money for food, gas, or clothing, a safe place to lay their head at night, a nice home cooked meal, or simply just a listening ear to offer words of wisdom, advice, and words of encouragement.
