Ryan Stratis, who served in the National Guard Reserves and is an original competitor on American Ninja Warrior, needs our help. He’s always given everything in him to American Ninja Warrior, and unfortunately this caught up to him. After over a year of training and competing with an injured AC joint, it finally became too much to bear and in January 2016, Ryan had to undergo surgery. The total cost of the surgery was over $10,000. Luckily his insurance was able to cover most, but not all, or his costs. He also lost a lot of wages while being immobilized, and has accrued some debt.

Whether enjoying his intense and impassioned runs on the show or being motivated by his tireless work ethic, we’ve all benefited from Ryan’s dedication to Ninja Warrior. He would never ask for this himself, and it will probably take some persuading to get him to accept the support, but this is the perfect time for us to show our appreciation for everything he’s given us. This can be done by donating or even just sharing this GoFundMe! Let's help him out!
