My son MacLean is 22 yrs. and was recently diagnosed with a rare blood disease called Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APS). It's an auto immune disease that causes frequent clotting in arteries and veins.
MacLean has had 4 surgeries in his right leg and is currently hospitalized with yet another blood clot in his right leg. He's facing having his leg amputated. All of his surgeries/hospitalizations have occured in the last year and a half resulting in him being unable to work.
He is currently employed at the Indianapolis International Airport as a plane mechanic. He has been out of work for the past 6 weeks and currently hospitalized. At this point, we have no idea when he will be released and able to return to work.
He has fallen behind on his medical expenses and household bills and is facing eviction at the end of this month so timing is a necessity.
Any donation will help and is greatly appreciated.
God Bless All.
Sincerely, Rachael Hoving
