I am asking for prayers as well as any donation that you can make. My grandfather has been fighting cancer for almost 3 years. He has had two major surgeries, been airlifted from Arizona to Vegas twice, and has accumulated many medical bills. Him and his wife have faced many challenges this last few years. Currently his AC is out and they need to make repairs around the house. Please see his post below and if you feel lead to make a donation we appreciate it. Dear Friends
I hate getting serious, but I guess the time has come! Many of you know I’ve been fighting cancer for 2 ½ years now and have decided to stop taking medication for it. Even with Medi-Care I’ve had to pay 20% co-pay and it exhausted my funds! I have massive medical bill accumulated that I’m paying $40 to $100 a month on five or six, but our income isn’t enough to cover them all. Plus late last year our A/C went out and I haven’t had the funds to fix it. It get very hot here in the summer months, but so far we’ve managed. I hate to asking but if any of you can spare a few dollars it would be greatly appreciated. Please don’t send more than can be afforded or any if you have your own situation you are dealing with. This plight is a making of my own! I have no one to blame other than poor planning for retirement.
