Motorcycle Accident-Hospital Expenses-TEAM JAKE

Hello friends, As you may or may not know, Jake Reyes, a PVHS Alumni Class of 2016 and former baseball and football player was in a motorcycle accident on Sunday, August 30th. Although he was wearing CE approved helmet and motorcycle apparel, Jake suffered serious injuries including multiple fractures to his skull, face, jaw, shoulder, and spinal cord. As you can imagine Jake and his family will incur expenses that health insurance does not cover. Jake and his family have a long road ahead in terms his rehabilitation. My goal is to ensure that they stay focused on his full recovery and not have to worry about any financial burden. Any assistance you can provide regardless of the amount will be sincerely appreciated. As a way of showing Jake that I am battling with him, I will be doing a 100-mile run within 3 days starting Sunday, September 6, 2020. I will have many of Jake’s friends run the last mile with me.
