My Name is Jonathan Wiggins. I am a pastor in Loveland, Colorado and I have a beautiful family, ministry and life.
My mother's name is Carolyn and she lives in Winnsboro, Louisiana. I love my mother more than words can say. My mom needs help. This is why I am inviting everyone I know to help her at this critical time in mom's life.
Recently my mother was diagnosed with stage four cancer in most of her body. This particular kind of cancer originated in her lungs and is fairly common with women who have never smoked. My mom never smoked and had no health risks normally associated with lung cancer. We were all deeply impacted by this diagnosis. The good news is her particular type of cancer can be dramatically improved and effectively treated by a "Miracle Drug" her oncologist is strongly recommending.
This drug costs $8,800 per month and her insurance will only cover $6,000 with a $5,000 deductible. She doesn't qualify for help from the pharmaceutical company because they use last year's tax records to determine eligibility. Jeff, her husband earned too much money last year to qualify for help. Since then he has changed jobs and his income has been significantly reduced. They desperately need help. This campaign for $36,000 would cover part of the deductible and 1 year of treatment. The other part of the deductible I will gladly cover out of my own pocket. I would do more if I could.
