Second Chance

Hi,My name is john and im 28yrs old. I have 3 kids my daughter Amya, 2 boys Lj and Joshua, and my wife Ciara . I had a stroke at work about 2 months ago. My speech was distorted and it took about a month for it get back to normal. As a kid I fought with depression and food was perfect for me because it made me happy and brought me comfort. over the years I decided to change my life around and make better choices but then this all happened. Ive been to countless doctor visits and i was told that my heart is working too hard because of weight. I am currently 500lbs and in the process of getting weight loss surgery which means i have to pay a lot of money upfront. I really didnt think I would ever start a go fund me and asking people for help, so I'm really putting my pride behind me but at this point I don't know what to do. Im getting behind on the bills and the doctors are asking me to pay money i do not have. it's getting hard for me to decide if I should pay on the doctor bills or pay on my rent. I really hope someone could help in anyway possible . I don't want to leave my kids on this earth without a father. I know I can do better and will do better not only for my kids but for everyone who's donating to give me a second chance. I have never done this before so im a little embarrassed. I promise with this second chance I will not let you down. Again anything could help thank you.
