To the Great People of the Ohio Valley—Let's come together to honor the memory of one of our own, Coach Stevie Myers ⚾️

My name is Paul “PK” Jebbia-Klenowski and on Saturday, November 15th, I will honor the memory of my childhood friend, Coach Stevie Myers, former Wheeling Park High School teacher and long-time baseball coach who tragically passed away from cancer early this fall. Coach Myers was a great husband, father, son, uncle, nephew, coach, teacher, and friend.

I will be running in the Black Gold 24hr Endurance Challenge in Belfry, KY, where I will run continuously for 24 hours to raise money for the Coach Myers Scholarship that was recently created in Stevie’s honor to assist students on their journey to college.

This GoFundMe fundraiser has been created to collect donations for the scholarship while I run from 9 a.m. Saturday morning to 9 a.m. Sunday morning. All proceeds will be presented to Stevie’s family and Coach Chad Stout at the Wheeling Park vs. Wheeling Central Basketball game that will take place on December 9th at Wheeling Park High at 7 p.m. Please donate if you are able, and please feel free to leave your favorite memory about Coach Myers in the comments here or on the Facebook Event page before and during the race. Periodic updates will be given throughout the race by me or the race staff to let people know how much money has been raised.

With that said, let’s do what we do best, residents of the Ohio Valley. Let’s come together to honor the memory of one of the Valley’s greatest sons, Coach Stevie Myers.
