On August 15th my cousin Adrian went into cardiac arrest while at the gym. Thankfully, the staff members there were able to promptly help him while the EMTs got there.
He has been in critical care since then and with the grace of God is slowly but surely progressing.


Adrian has a heart of gold; always willing to help anyone and everyone. He listens, gives advice and always puts others first. It’s safe to say he is one of the people in our family to hold us all together, the glue. He’s always so upbeat, optimistic and encouraging. Adrian is a devoted husband & father and does everything for his family. He impacts everyone that meets him. He is a parishioner at St Jude’s church and loves God!
It has taken all of us by surprise but we know he’s strong enough to overcome this. His lovely wife Jessica and two daughters are juggling everything as best as they can.


Though most expenses are covered, there are still some that need to be paid out of pocket. It will take some time before he’s able to go back to work.
