I'm running 24k on the 24th December as part of the #24forAlice campaign, in memory of my school friend, Alice. Having only started running, using the Couch to 5K app, at the start of August, this is going to be quite a challenge.

Alice was a wonderful person. She was kind, smart and uplifting. She had an infectious laugh and a fantastic sense of humour. She truly lit up a room.

Alice was just 24 when she was murdered by an ex-boyfriend after a relentless stalking campaign. Four years on, The Alice Ruggles Trust are asking people to remember Alice by entering our 24 Challenge to raise awareness and support the Alice Ruggles Trust.
