Coates family assistance

It's not easy asking for help, but my little family and I are struggling. We've been struggling for awhile especially with Covid. Bills have been very tight and stress has been high. Unfortunately stress triggers my seizures. We had been talking about how we would fix the furnace after it had cracked and with extremely limited funds it became extremely stressful. My seizure caused me to fall, hitting my face which broke my nose and landing on my shoulder which I also broke. I have several appointments with ENT, neurologist, as well as a shoulder doctor coming up in the near future. We aren't sure when I will be able to go back to work and how limited I will be.
