Seventeen talented and dedicated young ladies who work tirelessly to advance their softball skills, academic pursuits and life skills, with the ultimate goal of winning a national championship and pursing their dreams of playing softball in college ask for your support.
The CA Breeze Warren 14U team fastpitch softball team consists of 17 talented and dedicated young ladies. Our coaches are volunteers who have a sincere desire to help our players develop not only their softball skills, but their minds and hearts. Our team is currently fundraising for our Spring/Summer 2016 and Fall 2016 seasons and are looking for generous businesses and individuals who are interested in the opportunity of helping our hard-working players as they work toward their goals of winning a Premier Girls Fastpitch Premier 14U national championship this summer and earning a college scholarship in the future.
Coach Warren’s 14U Breeze team has been developing their skills and honing their game over the past few years, with the bulk of the girls having played together more than two years. Our players are talented, hard-working and intelligent. They are dedicated to each other and our team. We have been very successful over the last few seasons as we have prepared to compete at the highest levels of competitive softball. In April 2016, we were ranked as the #26 14U team in the Country by FloSoftball. A couple of our highlights include:
- A third place finish at the Premier Girls Fastpitch (PGF) 12U national tournament in 2014
- A tie for 17th at the 14U PGF Premier national tournament in 2015.
In addition to working hard on the field and in the classroom, these young ladies have found time to dedicate their efforts towards several charitable ventures, including, Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation, Soroptimist International of Sacramento, Folsom Cordova Community Partnership, and the YMCA of Superior California.
Our players are currently being recruited by top-notch universities including: University of Washington, UC Berkeley, University of Oregon, Arizona State, UC Santa Barbara, Boise State, UC Riverside, Long Beach State, Portland State, Fresno State, UC Davis, Cal State Fullerton, Depaul, University of Central Florida, and Rutgers.
In order for our players to reach their goals, we have set out on an extremely ambitious schedule, including several tournaments and college showcase events in Southern California and Colorado this summer and college showcase events in the Bay Area and Florida during the fall. Your generous donation will help pay for expenses for the Summer and Fall 2016 seasons, funding such items as, transportation (plane flights, rental cars), hotel rooms for the volunteer coaches and players, tournament fees, etc.
Fundraising is a major way of supporting competitive teams, and the Ca Breeze Warren would extend a heartfelt thank you in advance for participating in this effort.
Sincerely
CA Breeze Warren
