Vet care for Chino

Hello Everyone My pup Chino is my Pride and Joy. We have fallen on a tough time during this Pandemic. He has had a small lump he has torn open by starching it and we have tried all we can do to keep it clean and we have been successful for a while, but he Is licked it and it is starting to get infected and we cant afford the surgery to remove the growth. We have tried all other options but to no success. All vets require payment and we do not qualify for any assistance due to the pandemic that is currently effecting us all. Plz anything helps.
