Service dog fundraiser/dystonia

Prior to this neurological disorder I was in nursing school, running EMS, and an ER tech. I was also in nursing school. I was a caregiver and now the tables are turned and I don't know how to react. Asking for help from my husband and family was the first step and now I am asking help from you all. I know I left the field and Virtua suddenly and didn't get a chance to say thank you and God bless. It was a pleasure to work with all of you. Thank you to all who have responded and helped me out. Please take a look at my go fund me page. I am trying to raise money so I can get a bigger breed service dog to help me out..instead of a caregiver.

I have been diagnosed with an unknown neurological disorder. Unfortunately this disorder has not gone away. My husband and I have decided to get a service dog. My husband is going on sea duty and this service dog would be my companion. In addition this service dog will help me with my balance and getting up from a seated position etc. In order to do this I am asking for help in raising money.
The money you donate will help me get the essentials needed for the puppy and get the service training he or she will need. The low end of training is over four grand and on the high end it's close to ten grand.
