Hi Friends,
We are friends of the family of Jaxon Myers and are hoping to raise funds for Jaxon's family to help with expenses incurred while Jaxon is in the hospital. Let us tell you about Jaxon's situation.
Jaxon, an 11 year old, and his Little League team were warming up to play a game at the Philipsburg Little League field. Jaxon was hit in the face with a baseball before the game started. He was taken to the Mount Nittany Hospital in State College where his condition was assessed by their trauma team. It was immediately decided to send him to Hershey by helicopter.
From this accident, Jaxon will need treatment for an extended period of time. Jaxon's mother, Dana, has been at Hershey since he was admitted. Dana will need to take time off from work to care for Jaxon.
Please join us in donating money to the Myers family in order to allow Dana to spend time with her son while he is in the hospital and caring for him when he returns home. The money that we collect will be given to Dana and Jaxon to help cover non-medical expenses while Jaxon is in the hospital and when he returns home. We would be most thankful and grateful for any contribution that you could make.
