Help Colleen pay her medical

This wasn't easy but here it goes......

Who am I? :
My name is Colleen. I'm a 44y/o widow with a disabled autistic 13y/o son, Chase. We're originally from Central Ohio, but found our true home in South Florida 5yrs ago. After my late husband Johnny's passing, God gave us an opportunity to relocate to the sunshine state. Because of my disabilities, I'm unable to work outside of the home or on a schedule. Its worked out well for homeschooling Chase since he needs a more specified curriculum. We both are blessed to receive Social Security Survivors Benefits. Unfortunately that means we're not eligible for SS Disability. Our current income is not enough to survive monthly without assistance. God has continued to provide, saving us from losing our apartment or vehicle. Towards the end of last year, I decided to sign up as an Avon representative. Ten days later, coronavirus hit the US, so building clientele has been unbelievably difficult. I refuse to give up though! REFUSE!

My Health:
I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis, a condition where the stomach slowly shuts down, about 20yrs ago. I've struggled with abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting most of my life, and had 20+ surgeries. Four years ago I had a total gastrectomy (complete removal of the stomach), placement of a 4th feeding tube, along with another bowel resection(removal of 13.5 inches of intestines). Needless to say, the disorder and surgeries, some successful some terrible all damaging, have wreaked havoc on my entire body. Vomiting for 30yrs has rotted my teeth, leaving me with only 4.5, and caused an infection in my jaw that's spread to my sinuses and heart(causing 2 heart attacks). Antibiotics are no longer effective. Liquid diets are not an option because of my Short Bowel Syndrome (where 60% of my pain originates). My most recent feeding tube fell out in January so I'm nutritionally and immune compromised.

Current issues and needs:
In July, I lost my Medicaid. According to the notice, poverty guidelines have changed putting us less than $100 over the cutoff for assistance. My medications are over $1000 monthly so a lapse in coverage wasn't an option. I immediately purchased market health insurance at $192 per month with a $950 deductible, which was my best option. Two weeks ago, pain sent me to the emergency room where I was told I have an obstruction requiring emergency surgery. The morning after being admitted, I tested positive for Covid19 and being refused surgery bc of it. We've been in quarantine 13 days. I had to throw away all Avon books and supplies I had touched since exposure, hundreds of dollars worth. Ontop of it all, both mine and my son's glasses broke! We've prayed intensely over the last month for God's guidance on what to do next. It was confirmed by several people that this was the answer.

Financial Needs:
- Abdominal surgery, 80% covered, =$2500-5000
- Sitter during surgery, $50 per day, 4-7 days =$250
- Health insurance deductible =$950
- Replace business supplies =$200
- Oral surgery, 50% covered = $4000
- Dentures, 50% covered = $1000
- Glasses for both of us, exam covered = $300
- New Prosthetic for Chase = 100% covered! PRAISE GOD!
- Prayer through this 'season of life' = FREE

If God puts on your heart to contribute, know that Chase and I are unbelievably grateful.
