Sadie Jacobs Medical Fundraiser

Donation protected
As many of you know, Sadie Jacobs, daughter of Hurley, Stacey and Kristy Jacobs was involved in a car accident on August 18, 2020 and was air lifted to the University Hospital in Columbia. She almost immediately had surgery on her spleen and was then operated on again to place a breathing and feeding tube.  After an MRI, it was determined that she suffered a DAI brain injury, however the doctors are unsure the extent of the damage.  She has yet to wake up, but in just a few short days, Sadie, being the strong girl we all know she is, has made tremendous steps in her recovery.  She did develop a staph infection and was put on a ventilator and antibiotics.  She also has recently been able to be put in a chair that will allow for physical therapy during the day as well.  She is still on a feeding tube, but she is currently breathing on her own which is fantastic news.   Suffice it to say, this has been an absolute roller coaster ride for Sadie and the family, and they need our help.  In order to be there for her, the family has not been able to work and we all know how hard that can be on anyone at any point in time, let alone in a time of such heartache, fear and worry.  This account was set up to help with any medical or personal bills they may need help with throughout this unprecedently difficult time in their lives.  Please help us in giving what you can to the Jabobs family.  It is so important in our world, now more than ever that we come together as people and do everything we can to lift each other up and be there in any way that we can.  If you cannot donate, we have also included the link to the meal train as well.  Continued prayers, good vibes and well wishes are always appreciated.  Sadie is a STRONG girl and we know in our hearts she will make a full recovery and pull through this stronger than ever.   “Then your light will break out like the dawn.  And your recovery will speedily spring forth; and your righteousness will go before you; the Glory of the LORD will be your rear guard” ~ Isaiah 58:8 “May our lives reflect our faith, being generous in giving, and grateful in receiving, being a blessing as we are blessed” ~unknown
