Hello friends and family. As you all may know my dear grandmother passed away on August 4th 2016. She was recently hospitalized due to weakness in her legs. They then found out that her kidneys were failing. Everything happened so fast and unexpectedly my grandma was such a fighter and beautiful soul! Now we are trying to lay her to rest and I'm reaching out to all our friends and family ANYTHING HELPS! I am trying to lay her to rest ASAP  Thank you all so much
