Hello, I am Jenny and I am 33 years old.  I was diagnosed with a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of unknown primary (suspicious of colon cancer) on August 30th, 2016.  A large tumor was found in my pelvis and cecum and cancer was noted to be spread to my peritoneum, lymph nodes, liver and lungs.  This diagnosis came as a shock to the doctors, to me as well as to my family and friends.

I am currently receiving chemotherapy as surgery and radiation are not options given my diagnosis and metastasis.  I am an RN and had been working two per diem, non-benefitted jobs since moving back to VT in August 2015 (as I thought I might be moving again) and did not have health insurance.    But, fortunately given my diagnosis and 'disability' status, I was approved for VT Medicaid after being hospitalized.  

Now, due to my treatment plan, symptoms and that I am still unable to work and pay all of my bills (which I am hoping is temporary), I am asking you to please consider a small donation as a way to help with those and other medical expenses (not covered by Medicaid including supplements I take and doctors visits not in network with VT Medicaid) versus sending gifts.
