Hi, I am Tinisha Smith, a 32 year old single mother of a wonderful son with special needs. To add to that, I found out 11 years ago that I had systemic lupus. Lupus is  a disease where my own body attacks itself. There is no cure for lupus. I have had many hospital stays and near death experiences, and now my body needs a kidney. I have one kidney and it is not functioning properly and now requires a kidney transplant. This is a 2 part request. Most of  my family has been tested and no one has been a match to donate a kidney. So if anyone can find it within their self to be a donor this would be the most special gift in my life, and my young son's life. Secondly, kidney transplants are very expensive and someone would be giving up a big part of their time and life to help me, which adds up to money, which I wish I had enough of to do this on my own.  So I'm reaching out  to my many friends and family and asking for your help in my journey. Your donation would assist in the cost of living expenses,medications that are not covered by insurance, and also the person who will be a blessing to me to donate their kidney while they are out of work. No donations is too small and each contribution is greatly appreciated. I have a lot of faith and believe that nothing is impossible with God's grace and mercy.
