Brandon North & Rebecca Brown-Dehner Fire Relief

My name is Sandy Storck and I am the Volunteer Fire Chief for Capell Valley Fire Station. I am looking to help two of our Heroic Volunteer Firefighters who lost their home during the #LNULighteningComplex Fire. Early in the morning of Sunday 8/16, our small rural Lake Berryessa community was hit with tragedy. Lightening strikes started a total of 38 fires in the County. Thanks to all the hard work of local firefighters, 35 of the fires are contained. The remaining 3 would grow to over 300,000 acres to date. While evacuations expanded and the fire grew, Brandon & Rebecca jumped into action. Both are Volunteers for Capell Valley Volunteer Fire Station/Napa County Fire Department. They began helping get family, Friends, And Neighbors out of harms way and helping stop the loss of property all the while having lost their own home. With limited resources available, they fought to save the Putah Creek Campgrounds by cutting fire breaks by hand and using a small water truck to extinguish oncoming flames. They are the true embodiments of sacrifice and courage. We would like to help them rebuild their lives here in the community that they love. Please consider donating. This community is better off with these two in it!
