Ben's Fight For Cancer

Donation protected
For Ben and I, this gives us heavy hearts but with positive hopes on his journey to recovery.

On April 2016 Ben (Feliciano) had gone to the doctors for a cough which has been lingering for a while and thought it was due to allergies. A chest x-ray was performed in which a large mass was found in the mediastinum (chest).
The oncologist team has diagnosed him with a very rare cancer called Thymic Carcinoma Stage 2-3. The care team requested us to have a second opinion at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston where we have decided for care.

Ben's aggressive recovery is ready to start on May 16th.
Tx plan: Monday to Friday.
2 Chemo medications + Radiation, 13 medications per day for 6-7 weeks. 1 month rest then surgery.  Followed by final chemo.  A life challenge.
I myself who is also going to have a surgery on May 20th, will be out of work for some time. I will return to work when the doctor gives me the clear.

Having this Gofundme is a way for all to support Ben in his journey of recovery.   All donations will go towards his medical expense.  Which includes chemotherapy and radiation, surgery, medications, co-payments for doctor visits & traveling.
With 1 steady income  in the household and a son who will starting his college in the Fall. This will be finacially a burden.

My ultimate request is for all of our family and friends to "Pray for his recovery" or send a positive message.
Any help supports the family.
"May the Lord  double your Blessings for all your kindness"  (Thank you sis jazz)
Thank you in advance.
