I will be doing 24 hours of straight burpees on May 23rd-24th to raise money for veterans with medical debt. The event will be held at F45 56270 Van Dyke Ave, Shelby Township, MI 48315 start time 10AM.

The event will also be Live streamed on Instagram at Theburpeedude and also on youtube Theburpeedude.

I chose this cause because there are people who risk their lives for our country, and this is one small way I can give back to them.
