24 hour training challenge
I'm raising money in aid of Alder Hey Children's Charity and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
So many charities have lost out on much needed additional funding due to the pandemic. It’s been difficult to hold the usual events to raise money. As the mother of a child who has had multiple surgeries, this is a charity very close to my heart and without the money from this charity the families would lose out on some of the additional facilities this charity provide.
The longest I’ve trained back to back is 6 hours so a 24 training session is going to be one hell of a challenge! I’ve got some friends to support me during the day where I will be training at David lloyd Cheadle from 7am - 7pm, then it’s a quick trip home (15 mins). Then I will start the ‘night shift’ alone from 730pm, with some online classes and my own spin classes, posting update videos through the night. I will also be wearing a Myzone heart rate belt to prove that I didn’t have any naps! Follow LCGG_yourlifeyourchoices on Instagram to watch my updates or even join in with a class either at DL or in the evening when I do some live from home! Wish me luck either in person or message on insta and please please do be generous with your donations. Every £1 makes a difference.
