24 Hour Spin

So.....on Sat 02nd May @ 09:00 until Sun 03rd May @ 09:00, 6 legends are aiming to complete an epic 24hour challenge in aid to support and show our appreciation for the  wonderful work the NHS are doing against COVID-19.

The Aim,

REACH £1000 (or more) by completing a 45min spinning sessions each hour using the MyZone application. Every hour, each team member will aim to simultaneously complete a 45min session.   A 15min break after each will be taken for essential food, stretching, toilet etc.  

Due to social distancing rules and current personnel isolating, the challenge will be done in separate locations but FB live from each participant will be playing so you can show your support and watch us in pain!!!
