24 HOUR SHAVE THE EGG

Tomorrow I’m shaving my head. Partly because of cancer, partly because I’m sick of my hair falling out and having a trail everywhere I go and also partly because I’ve always wanted to do it. Like you gotta do it once in your life, right?

I’ve been imennnnnn and arrrrnnnn whether I wanted to raise money for it, being stuck between 2 answers. Whether to keep it close between friends and family, or to have the chance to raise a few pennies for the charity that saves thousands of lives.

I’ve opened a 24 hour fundraiser for @cclg, any amount, pennies or pounds, would mean a lot. I thought even if we made £20, anything is better than nothing for charities that make this life possible… and I mean, why not???????

I’m honestly really scared to see this new life with a bald egg head. But I’m so ready to not stroke my hands through my hair and shed, constantly. I’m excited to be able to dry my head as fast as ever, but I for sure will miss my favourite feeling off your hair flowing in the sea. I miss my long hair a lot, I chopped most of it off on round 2 of treatment, and to now say I’m on my 5th course and have kept my hair for this long, kudos to myself.
