On the 21st of November, I’m going to be doing a 24-hour  row to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support. If you know me then you probably know my brother Sam and that he is currently undergoing treatment for lymphatic cancer. Since Sams's diagnosis, I’ve been feeling slightly helpless, and doing something like this seems like a good opportunity to make to best out of this situation. Helping others as well as my brother. 

I know that in the last couple of weeks sam has received an unreal amount of support from friends and family, so I’d love for people to get involved. We’ve set up a go fund me page which is linked in my bio if you want to do some sort of exercise whether that be 10 minutes of running or 24hrs of rowing! Any contributions and support for this event will be really appreciated. Thank you x
