2020 has affected everyone in one way or another 

As we face into 2021 still in uncertainty, it is now, more than ever, that our mental health is of upmost importance 

We've taken a right beating in 2020, for most we got through and still are getting through these tough times 

But unfortunately, there are many, many people that haven't and are relying on our country's mental health facilities 

I'm raising money, to play a small part, in helping those who need it the most 

A continuous hike ascending and descending Crohaun mountain (483m) nonstop for 24 hours
