PC 3245 Worrall - 24hr Dog Walk

The aim of the  K9 MEMORIAL UK is to raise funds to build a permanent memorial and provide service medals to all UK police dogs.  These dogs give us the best years of their lives, they help fight crime, they protect us and all they ask for is food, water, toys and love.  I think it is important that their contribution to UK police forces is recognised.  We are one of the only countries in the world who do not honour their dogs appropriately and this has to change.

 PC 3245 Emma Worrall says

"In order to do this I am going to go on a very long dog walk!  24 hours long to be exact.  I will be walking from 10:00 on Wednesday 24th October to 10:00 on Thursday 25th October 2018.  In order to ‘relay’ dogs I will be walking along Smestow Valley Nature Reserve and South Staffordshire Railway Walk and back a number of times.  I will be tweeting throughout the day from @PD_Canto.

All money raised will go directly to the K9 MEMORIAL UK.  I would be very grateful of  your support and any donation you can make, every penny counts.  Walking buddies/coffee/chocolate/dog treats will be welcome for the duration!"
