Hello. My name is Michelle and I was Gary Coffer’s youngest daughter. While last weeks events have left an endless hole in our hearts, We cannot help but feel thankful that God allowed us to spend our lives with such a selfless man. He loved his family. He was loyal and would give everything he had to help others. Additionally he loved his work. He had the utmost respect for the guys he worked with, many of whom follow him for years. My family has been receiving calls from his co-workers sharing amazing stories and endless condolences. These stories help heal. Thank you so much. We plan on having a service for my father in October. My mother has expressed that she would like a hand carved statue as a memorial for my father. My sister and I both feel that it would mean the world if it was presented to my mother by the people he worked with. I have posted pictures here of the statue my sister and I hope to purchase. Please no pressure. Either way I will make sure it is purchased so that it can be presented to her by the people he valued so much, all of those he worked with. He had the utmost respect for you all.
