Jay Teilborg’s Memorial

Hello friends, family, and loved ones. We are fundraising for the memorial and medical bills for our beloved husband, father, and friend Jay Teilborg. He was diagnosed with brain cancer, specifically a Grade 4 Glioblastoma in April. He underwent three months of chemotherapy and radiation treatment, but tragically passed away suddenly yesterday morning. He was known by all for his extreme kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity. His joyous laughter was sure to light up any room. He was involved in so many different communities in town and was deeply loved by everyone who knew him. He was a huge presence in so many people’s lives and we are absolutely heartbroken by this loss. We will miss him every single day. We would be so grateful for any donations to help his family pay for the cost of his memorial and his remaining medical bills.
