It happened all to quick. This morning we lost a wonderful man, father, friend, brother and son. Horacio had a sincere kind heart and did everything for his kids. Let’s make sure his family has a memorial Horacio deserves. I’m Kim Camp, a friend of the family for many years. We were able to pay the Mortuary directly for almost the entire amount owed and I'll be overseeing withdrawals from the campaign.
