Help Pandora Run Again

Pandora is a 3 year old Cane Corso & boxer mix. Her beautiful brindle pattern and sweet face catch your attention instantly. This is promptly followed by her vivacious excitement, and desire to make friends with all that she encounters.

You wouldn’t know it by her loving personality but Pandora has overcome numerous hardships in her 3 short years on this planet. Bread to be a bait dog, Pandora was subjected to many things no animal should have to endure.
After having her femur broken by a previous owner, followed by an attempt to repair the damage and improper overall care, Pandora was left at the Toronto Humane Society.

Pandora struggled with finding a forever home, and lived through multiple foster families and returns to the humane society due to improper fits.

In 2020 Pandora finally found her forever home. She began to trust again. Once settled into her new home in Prince Edward County, Pandora enjoyed the things she couldn’t have in her early puppy years; walking long trails, running on the beach and making friends.

Unfortunately just shy of a year of Pandora living the life she always deserved, her past injury caught up to her. The previous femur injury is now causing her knee to knock out off place. It is restricting her from full use of that leg, as well as causing her tremendous pain.

Pandora will be undergoing surgery in the up coming month. They are repairing the damage done in the previous surgery, aiding the new ailment, and allowing Pandora to continue to enjoy her favourite things for years to come.

The goal of this GoFundMe is to help her family cover some of the cost of her immediate surgery. Pandora will require a series of aftercare treatments that any and all funds will also contribute.
