Xavier’s legal and mental health fund

Friends and family, I wanted to reach out and let you know that I’m fundraising to help Xavier, my nephew, receive legal and mental health help after a violent episode. He had to be removed from home. For those of you who know Xavier, he is enrolled in college and is currently working... despite the challenges of autism and other mental health issues. Unfortunately, his mental state has deteriorated in spite of these strides and needs URGENT help. Would you be able to contribute to his fundraiser? I am Jose Espinoza’s sister and Xavier’s aunt . I am raising the funds for Xavier Espinoza. José Espinoza is Xavier Espinoza’s father. The funds will be spent on retaining and employing a lawyer to defend Xavier Espinoza’s legal battle. The lawyer will work to have Xavier Espinoza be placed in a mental health facility instead of being in jail for a serious charge he is facing. The withdrawal plan to get funds from the fundraiser for Xavier Espinoza: Jose Espinoza, Xavier Espinoza’s father will have access to the funds in order to pay the lawyer and any hospital/health facility fees. I, Rosa Torrez, have created this campaign in order to raise funds for my nephew, Xavier Espinoza.
