My cats surgery and bills

Hello my cat Jackson is 4 months old and he is born with abnormalities in his chest area. His breathing has been heavy and I was nervous and took him to the vet, they told me the news about his ribs and he needs surgery. I already payed the bills for the test (x-ray and blood work) it cost me 732.88$ and also he needs the surgery. Estimate was 150$ for him to be looked at, 450$ for the rib surgery. I need help I do not have much money left (only 347$). I have car insurance rent and I'm hoping some people may help. Anything helps please I love him so much I've only had him for 1 week and a half he was a stray cat before and I wanna see him live a full happy life and I sadly cannot give it too him at this moment. I work uber eats and I'm gonna try as hard as I can and work hard to pay but any help is appreciated beyond belief.
