Repair home for disabled spouse..

I am Kenneth Connors.....a father of four..three boys and girl...and an Air Force vet who is happily married to my spouse Nancy.....for 37 years.Despite my best intentions..because of. a n industrial accident and two subsequent layoffs because of closure of these companies....I have just barely been able to keep my home Three out of four children have gone to college thanks to grants an scholarships and I am very thankful.My poor wife has been disabled for about twenty years...she was a nurse and loved it She became disabled after a botched back surgery left her with constant pain and being a Mom she refused to take any pain meds.She is barely ambulatory....and also has degenerative disc disease. She tries so hard and I feel I have failed her.I damaged my left hand in a at work injury when I got pulled into a lathe.. I guess it is time to swallow my pride and do what I must ....for Her...she is everything to me and her love has never wavered.I also have PTSD and suffer from major depression...wh..always for Herich I am working hard to beat and I will....for her
I am asking for funds to enable me to fix some of the major issues....electrical....no power to my second floor...and to fix my kitchen to make it functional....plumbing problems and maybe fix my front porch which is sagging.The reason these things have not been done is because our financial problems from my disability. And Nancy's which will only get worse...I fear she will be wheelchair bound at some point.The funds will be used solely for repairs not embellishments.I just need to get the home safe to live in.......our washing machine and dryer are on the Fritz and She has to go to the laundromat when I am working.I will be laid off very soon much to my chagrin and swallowed my pride to make this request.My wife deserves at least a home that is functional and I am willing to do this for Her.I have never asked for assistance from anyone but it is well past the time to ask I expect the sooner I get anything I will start the extensive repairs asap.Anything will be gladly accepted.When we purchased the home both of us were working....but had to put aside the repairs to out 120 year old fixer upper.also the fireplace and chimney are disintegrating...
I would be most thankful and humbled besides my everlasting gratitude....This means so much to me...words escape at the moment..which if you know me is rare.I believe I am a good man and also fear I have failed my family...which is what brings me here
I would fix electrical first which is currently unsafe. Then the kitchen and if possible replace some Windows.Then I would look at the chimney which is crumbling and falling onto the fireplace
My appreciation would be boundless knowing I have friends and associates that would be willing to help
