The Revert

The Revert Assalmualakim wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatu My name is Brother Eesa Phillips I hope all my dear brothers and sister are well in health and spirit, In Sha Allah ❤️ It is important that I give my story so you know what you are donating towards. Allah is my witness. My story begins from 2016... 18 year old boy from Louisville, Kentucky. I moved around my whole life. My father was in the military and other things forced moves as well. After a hard life at home amongst a bad situation back home with immediate also distance family and crime all over... it was time to get out of there. I have chose not to put details regarding that situation because people have changed and is not permissible to back bite. I graduated and moved away from Kentucky to Maryland when I was 16. Living with my aunt, it wasn’t any easier. I have always been the black sheep in my family. Also the rag cleaning up their messes. Time went on and I decided to become Muslim. Oh man....did that shake stuff up. But I couldn’t let my family decide my fate of the after life for me based on their human feelings and beliefs. Just because your mother tells you something doesn’t mean that it is always correct. Meaning, I knew Islam was the truth when I heard the first couple words about it. Despite being a strong believing Christian my whole life. I never had the best upbringing but I still cherish my parents for what they could do. After some time my aunt nor anyone in my family was too happy. They thought it was a “phase”. It came to the point to where I had to move out and completely be on my own. When you are a revert, you think about things that are dark. For this reason we become Islamic soldiers in the aspect of spirituality and mentality. In no way do I mean physical or violent. Being in the complete opposite side in belief of life as a whole from your family hurts. Ever since the day I moved out... me and my pride with Islam, I’ve struggled tremendously. Despite that I keep a smile on my face and have good thoughts of Allah. What I’m here today is to ask you with the hands to type that Allah has given me... for your help. I’m now a student at Montgomery college. Looking for work as well... laid off due to the virus. I was in debt when I moved out because I had to use everything I had, including credit cards. I borrowed too much money from people as well. I was in a rough spot. I need a lot of things so I can get back on my feet and show my family. People have it worse than me... I know this. I have everything mapped out without anything extra. Allah be my witness. Anything helps my dear bothers and sisters. Even if it just one penny. I have all forms of money transfers, so we can avoid fees. Jazak Allahu Khair. ❤️ May Allah reward you great health and firmness in the aqeedah Ameen ❤️ Cashapp - $ijkd20 Venmo - ijkd20 PayPal - essap0223 Zelle ALL OF THIS MONEY WILL BE USED FOR PAYING DEBT AND STABILIZATION.
