Our sweet Gina was recently hospitalized with a diagnosis of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) In just a couple of weeks, she will be having surgery in preparation for Dialysis. Gina has always been that special person to show up for everyone, she has a heart of gold. We would love to help her family out during this time of need.
