Assistance for Rob's Treatment

Rob is a coworker and friend that is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment as a result of testicular cancer. With Rob's permission, and input from his fiance Erin, I've done my best to compile some details about their story. While Rob is undergoing intense treatment and recovery cycles, he is unable to work steadily and could use moral support and financial assistance with living and medical expenses until life gets back to normal. Because Rob recently started working with our company, he already exhausted his vacation and sick time resources and is in immediate need of assistance.
The following is detailed information from Erin:
"Rob and I moved to Clemson in August of 2015 and were engaged in December. In late January, Rob was diagnosed with testicular cancer and had surgery February 15 (a radical orchiectomy) to remove the tumor. Pathology determined that he had a 90% nonseminoma (less common and more aggressive than seminoma, the same type as Lance Armstrong!) tumor and invasion into the lymphatic tissue nearby, placing him at Stage 1S. He was back to work after just a week of recovery! All of us, including his doctors, had high hopes that surgery would be the only treatment necessary to cure him. After 6 weeks, he returned to the doctor for surveillance, which included blood tests for tumor markers. Multiple confusing test results had his doctors and us truly puzzled, until a CT scan found enlarged lymph nodes and it was finally determined that chemotherapy would be required. He had a port placed the very next day and started treatment the following Monday, partially so Rob could be done before his sister's wedding in July. In total, he will receive 4 rounds of EP chemotherapy, which requires 5 hour rounds of infusions 5 days in a row followed by 2 weeks of much needed rest. His prognosis is great following chemo."
