Three weeks ago, our mother contracted the COVID-19 virus, which changed our lives forever. Due to the saturation of the health system in our city, Mom had to endure the first symptoms of the disease at home. Her symptoms worsened dramatically in a matter of days to the point that she had to be admitted to an emergency in a private hospital. Already in the intensive care area, her health continued to deteriorate and a after a couple of days, she went under intubation in order to breathe. After long days of fighting, her organs began to fail due to illness and her condition reached a critical point.
This Sunday, August 2, Mom left to the presence of the Lord.
Our mother Lupita was the kindest and most loving person in the world. Her love for her family and her kindness to others will continue to be an example for all of us. She taught us that love for God and helping others are the purpose of life. This Gofundme campaign is to collect donations to cover hospital and medical expenses incurred over the course of Guadalupe Rascon treatment for the corona-virus. Hace tres semanas mama contrajo el virus COVID-19 lo cual cambio nuestra vida para siempre. Debido a la saturacion en el sistema de salud en nuestra ciudad, mama tuvo que soportar los primeros sintomas de la enfermedad en casa. Sus sintomas empeoraron drasticamente en cuestion de dias hasta el punto que tuvo que ser internada de emergencia en un hospital privado. Ya en el area de cuidados intensivos, la salud de mama continuo deteriorandoze y hace unos dias tuvo que ser intubada para poder respirar. Despues de largos dias de lucha, sus organos comenzaron a fallar debido a la enfermedad y su condicion llego a un punto critico.
Este Domingo 2 de Agosto, mama partio a la presencia del Senor.
Mama fue la persona mas buena y amorosa del mundo. El amor a su familia y su bondad para con otros seguira siendo un ejemplo para todos nosotros. Ella nos enseno que el amor a Dios y el ayudar al projimo son el proposito de la vida. Que Dios les bediga.
