Hi everybody, This took a lot for me to sit down and write this but at this point I feel like I’ve exhausted most of my options. I spent almost the entire summer with a large hold on my account, preventing me from seeing my transcript or registering for any courses. I finally gathered the funds to remove my hold last week, leaving me with little time to prepare financially for this upcoming semester. Without a way to pay for at least this Fall, transferring from Howard or leaving school altogether may become a reality. After transferring to Howard for my sophomore year and finishing with a 3.75, my goal was to continue my education as a filmmaker without further burdening my parents, something that I hope I can still do. These funds would help me stay at Howard for at least this semester while I try to find resources that will allow me to continue to graduation. I’m so grateful for any amount that you can give to help me continue at my dream school
