On Wednesday, July 29, my brother and his girlfriend were taken into custody over the Mexican boarder. It was Jens birthday and they were traveling to Puerto Peñasco to celebrate. They had forgotten about a firearm left in the back of the car, still in its box. They were detained at the boarder and taken to a facility. Justin and Jen reached out immediately, while they still had their phones and warned us about what was happening. We’ve been on the phone reaching out to our contacts since this started. With attorney fees, bail, fines, getting their car returned and travel fees for themselves and their parents we are reaching out for help. As of now they do not have a release date. They have a hearing August 6th and we are praying that they are released as soon as possible. A Mexican jail is not where we want our family!! If you can’t give please share this for us!
