Emergency Fund For Nick

As some of you know on Wednesday August 12th I was called out of work to take Nick to the ER. He had been experiencing pins and needles in his feet and this had escalated throughout the morning to him feeling extremely unwell. In the time it took for me to pick him up and get him to OSU hospital, his lips were blue, he was lethargic, he had lost feeling in his extremities and couldn't speak a whole sentence. Due to the Covid pandemic I was not allowed to stay with him. A few hours later we found out he was sedated, intubated, and transferred to the intensive care unit. He was finally brought out of sedation on Friday. Nick has had so many tests this last few days (and many more to come) we seem to have a long road ahead of us. Doctors so far have been completely baffled as to what the cause is but continue to help Nick in any way they can. This is not normally something we would do but 2020 has not been kind. Nick does not have health insurance, and will not be able to work until his body is healed. So at this point we are going to need all the help we can get. We will use the funds for as many medical bills as we can & also cover some living costs while Nick is not working.
