Nissa's New Start

Nissa has not known love and care for years. That's how long it's taken for her condition to become this way. Nissa was discovered as a stray yesterday by Union Animal Control. Aside from the mange that has left her body hairless, Nissa also is riddled with parasites and infections (skin, ear and eye). She can barely see due to her need for entropian surgery. Unfortunately, Nissa is nowhere near healthy enough to be put under anesthesia for surgery. She shakes constantly and barely moves. Nissa's veterinaian reports she is likely miserable and has a long, long route to recovery. We are determined to get her there, but we do need your help.
