Hi everyone, As some of you may know, both of my parents are extremely sick. My father was hospitalized two weeks ago because of his blood sugar. However, since his hospitalization the doctors have discovered that there is liquid in his lungs which is preventing him from being able to breathe properly. His condition has worsened and he is now in the ICU. My mother was diagnosed with cancer two years ago, and over time and without the proper treatment it has progressed to stage 4 cancer. Over the last few months, her health has deteriorated. Due to my parents’ current health I’m working part time to help with rent and other expenses, but it I have not been able to contribute enough to pay for everything. While my father remains in the ICU, I am the sole caretaker of my mother, and am unable to work a second job. I know that my family and I will be able to overcome these challenges, but in the meantime, any support is greatly appreciated. Love, Chris and the Lopez Family
